I came across an article posted at Dr. Mercola’s web site that I found really interesting.

The first thing you must do is to set your goals. Once you have them then use this list to see how many you already do then congratulate yourself for them but get to work on the others you still don’t have conquered yet then you should see your success begin to take off.
