“eMail Marketers” are they “Internet Marketers” or are they “SPAMMERS”?

I just now got through going through my emails for the last few days (We just got through with Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, and First Fruits) and cleaned up 635 emails.
I don’t know about you but I don’t have enough time in my day to read even a fourth (1/4th) of that many emails.
I hear you saying that most of it was probably just “SPAM” and I would agree with you because a bunch of then were “SPAM” but not most of them. On the average day I receive around 65 to 75 or 80 emails and of those only about 10 to 20 of them are spam. That’s less than 1/4th of my daily email count being “SPAM”. The other 3/4ths are emails, newsletters, ezines which I signed up for who told me that they would teach me something about some aspect of Internet Marketing. They don’t teach me anything except that I need to unsubscribe from most of their’ list’s and not sign up for any more, ever.
The one thing all of these marketers have in common is they all “SPAM” my inbox with their promotions daily and in some instances, 2 or 3 times per day and none of these emails are teaching me anything about the subject I wanted to know about that they told me they would teach me in order to get my email address.
I remember when Internet Marketers sent an email once or twice a week with good content in it and a few adverts strategically located throughout it and listed down at the end of it.
I remember that I used to anticipate these emails and read every work of it when I received it. AAAUUUHHH those were the days. Now it’s just legal “SPAM” mixed in with the illegal “SPAM” thus their emails, newsletters, ezines are of very little importance, anymore, to us as consumers.
How am I going to deal with this problem?.. I hear you say, well, I think I will unsubscribe from the majority of them then log in to my cpanel at my site and create me a new email address then limit the amount of space allowed for emails coming to my main account so the “SPAM” will just bounce back to the sender… Maybe the legitimate Internet Marketers will some day get a heads up and start creating high quality emails, etc. again but I will not hold my breath in anticipation of this event.
God Bless Y’all From Texas,
Frank
